Compassionate and creative clinical psychotherapy

Welcome!

Picture

Therapy can be a very healing and empowering experience. It can also take great courage to finally ask for help. I acknowledge you for taking this first step toward improving your life.

Therapy can help you recognize how you might be keeping yourself stuck in life, so that you can finally move forward. It also can help you learn to recognize what your body is trying to tell you and when your thoughts are simply just thoughts.

As an integrative psychologist, I focus on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I am interested in helping you learn how your past experiences have brought you to where you are today, as well as how you can help yourself feel more at ease in the present moment. In session, I listen non-judgmentally, ask questions to help increase your self-insight, and teach mindfulness and mind/body tools to help you more easily ride through your feelings and moods.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help people learn more about themselves and to grow throughout the treatment process. I welcome your request for an appointment today.
